PermissionsGuidelines for Reprints and Translation Requests Any permission granted is for the period of one year. Timing begins on the "republication date" you included with your submission. Also, permission is limited to the circulation figures you supplied. To republish and distribute additional quantities, or to republish beyond the first year, you must submit additional request(s). It is understood that this is not a blanket permission and permission must be requested for each instance The IIA and IIARF copyrighted material will be used. Please allow two to four weeks to process requests. All fees must be prepaid and submitted with a completed form (Word doc). Failure to submit fees will delay the application process. Requests for Quotations to be Used in Another Publication or Article
No fee will be assessed for use of quotations. All details must be completed on form (Word doc). and submitted for approval. Requests for Permission to Reprint Most IIA and IIARF Publications (Excluding Research Reports)
Fees for determining percent of the total IIA or IIARF copyrighted publication to be reprinted are listed below.
Requests for Reprinting IIARF Research Reports
The following structure will apply when only a portion of an IIARF Research Report is being requested to be reprinted.
Out-of-Print Publications No fee will be assessed on out-of-print publications. Although there will be no fee, the request must still go through the approval process. All details must be completed on form and submitted for approval. Publications in First Year of Print
An additional 15 percent of the total fee will be assessed on all reprint requests for publications in their first year of print. Requests for Permission to Reprint The Quality Assessment (QA) Manual
We have established special pricing for those performing quality assessments where each team member requires a copy. A hard copy of the QA manual must be purchased for each review. In lieu of granting permission to duplicate or reproduce any part of the product, The IIARF is making available electronic copies for purchase at a substantially discounted rate.
