Audit Executive Center Web site
The central feature of the Audit Executive Center is its website that provides thought leadership, tools, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. The following outlines the various components of the Web site so that you can maximize participation.
In addition to the website, the Audit Executive Center has a suite of benefits that are included in your membership. Further explanation of each benefit are provided below.
All members of the Center will receive the CAE Bulletin, which is a twice monthly publication alerting CAEs to news, the latest guidance, and information.
Global Audit Information Network (GAIN) Annual Benchmarking Study
All CAE members of the Center will receive a copy of the GAIN Annual Benchmarking Study with participation. As the most trusted name for benchmarking services in the internal audit profession since 1992, GAIN provides a knowledge exchange forum that enables internal auditors from all over the world to:
The IIA's Compensation Study
All CAE members of the Center will receive a copy of The IIA's Compensation Study with participation. The IIA's Compensation Study is the most comprehensive analysis available on the compensation of internal audit professionals. The study is performed in partnership with a leading human resources and total rewards system consulting firm, thus allowing The IIA to leverage resources that will enhance the validity and credibility of the study, as well as enabling human resources departments, internal audit activities, audit committees, and senior management to use this service from The IIA.
All CAE members of the Center will receive two IIA Research Foundation Publications per year that will be selected by the Center and mailed on April 1 and October 1. CAEs at the Ambassador level will receive Tthe IIA Research Foundation Corporate Package. The Corporate Package includes all books and reports published throughout the year and will be mailed quarterly.
Exclusive Audit Executive Center Webinars
CPE opportunities are available through exclusive Center webinars throughout the year on the latest topics, issues, and trends affecting the profession.
Internal Audit Skills Assessment
The Center has developed a comprehensive Internal Audit Skills Assessment to assist CAEs in evaluating the skill levels within the internal audit department to better outline professional development. The Assessment is a survey instrument that can be sent to all department staff and a customized summary will outline opportunities for development.
Annual Center Networking Event
All Center members will be invited to an annual networking event in conjunction with The IIA's General Audit Management (GAM) Conference. This event will allow Center members to network and share knowledge on emerging issues, trends, and best practices. Detailed logistics and speakers will be communicated prior to each event.
All CAEs at the Advocate membership level will have access to The IIA's Career Center with five free job postings per year. CAEs at the Ambassador level will receive unlimited job postings.
All Staff Access to Center Website
At the Ambassador and Advocate levels, all staff of the internal audit department who are existing members of The IIA will have full access to the Audit Executive Center Web portal.
Registration to The IIA's General Audit Management (GAM) Conference
Customized Research via Flash Surveys
CAEs at the Ambassador level will have the ability to request customized benchmarking surveys and research. A survey will be sent to a comprehensive network of CAEs so that the survey host and all Center members can receive real-time solutions to real-world audit challenges.
