TO RESERVE YOUR HOTEL ROOM

The Global Council will take place at The LaLit Hotel in New Delhi. To reserve your hotel room, please click here to download the hotel reservation form or on the button at the bottom of this page, fill in all information and email it to delgroupres@thelalit.com. The cost per night is INR 11000 per night/single room and INR 12000, per night/double room, including breakfast. 
Please note that February is peak tourist season in India, and hotel rooms may be difficult to find if you do not reserve early. Please make your reservation as soon as possible!

VISA INFORMATION   
Foreign nationals need a visa to enter India. The only exceptions to this rule are nationals of Nepal and Bhutan. For more information on your visa process, please contact your nearest Indian Embassy (a list can be found here: http://india.gov.in/overseas/embassies.php). Should you require a letter attesting to your purpose in India, please email Jagpreet.singh@mci-group.com. We must have your registration before a visa letter can be sent. Our conference secretariat in New Delhi will issue the visa letter upon confirmation of your registration.
Note that it may take several weeks to secure a visa, so please begin the process early.
