Instructions
Click the button labeled "Create new member data now" to prepare your member information for download.

When your data file is ready to be downloaded, the page will refresh and a button labeled "Download tab-separated file now" will appear. The file size will be displayed, along with the date and time that the file was created.

After the file has been downloaded once, it is automatically deleted so that you will not accidentally download the same data twice.

Important notes:
The process of creating your member data file for download may take up to a minute or more, depending upon the size of your institute and the workload on the server.

If your session is interrupted at any time, simply log back in and return to this page. If the data file was successfully created, the download button option will appear as described in the instructions above.

This process creates a file containing only current, active members. This includes new members that may have joined your institute since the last update or transferred in from another institute. If a member has transferred out to another institute or resigned from your institute by any other means since the last IIA monthly download, that member's information will not be present in this file. You will receive this information by either the next IIA monthly download or by hard copy (chapter transfers) during the normal IIA month-end processing.

Privacy
Always include a statement with your directory similar to the following: "Information in this directory is for use solely by IIA members in contacting one another. Use of information is prohibited for commercial use or solicitation of products and services. If you do not wish your personal information to be included in future directories, please express your wishes by contacting _________________."
