WELCOME to the Pittsburgh, PA Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors

The Pittsburgh Chapter exists as a service to our local and visiting IIA members.  We offer local education and training, as well as networking opportunities through chapter meetings, seminars, and social events.  Our chapter meetings are generally held on the first Monday of each month during September through May.

The Pittsburgh Chapter was chartered back on April 18, 1945 and is The IIA's 11th affiliate.  This chapter is part of the IIA's Central Region.  District 1 includes the following chapters:  Pittsburgh, PA; Northeast, OH, Central Ohio, OH; Dayton, OH, and Cincinnati, OH.  Back in 1945 we had a total 24 members, and today, we have over 750 members.
