Welcome to the Downeast Maine Chapter of The 
Institute of Internal Auditors!

Founded in 1973, our Chapter has over 200 members across Maine.  Our members represent some of Maine's largest organizations, including: TD Banknorth, Central Maine Power, Hannaford Brothers, LL Bean, the State of Maine, the University of Maine System, and Unum.

Please visit the EVENTS section of our website to obtain information on upcoming training opportunities.  The 2007-2008 training session will be wrapping up with the 35th Anniversary Celebration which is scheduled for May 22, 2008.  Dave Richards, President of the IIA, will be attending and sharing his knowledge and perspective on four key topics relevant to internal auditors today.  Your feedback is welcomed and encouraged so that we can continue to bring you the training you need to meet your personal development goals as well as generate value for your organization.  You can contact us via the website or contact a member of the Board of Governors.  Remember, our training events are open to any professionals in the auditing, accounting, and finance profession.
