WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Please give thoughtful consideration to helping your chapter this year.  We need to fill two more positions in our chapter leadership:

• Chapter Historian (Responsible for maintaining pertinent records for the chapter, such as CPE, chapter milestones, etc.)   

• Someone to assist the Academic Chair on the Academic Relations Committee.

CIA Computer-Based Testing

IIA Implementing Computer-Based Testing

The IIA is pleased to announce the initial launch of CBT registration for the CIA exam, which is the first step toward a full roll-out of computer-based testing (CBT) for The IIA. Exam application and registration is now live on the IIA’s Web site at www.theiia.org/certification.
(Registration for the specialty exams will begin in May.)

The IIA has chosen Pearson VUE as its computer-based test administration vendor.  The closest testing centers to our area are the centers in Greenville, Asheville, Charlotte and Columbia.  You can take the test at any of their centers worldwide.  Go to their website for more information.  www.pearsonvue.com/iia.
