Chattanooga Area Chapter - Chartered in 1981 Currently, our membership is composed of approximately 80+ members with 37 major local companies or colleges represented. Average attendance for each meeting is 30 to 40 members. Our Chapter is ranked #4 in North America in the percent of CIAs to members. Our chapter has received the Platinum Award since its inception in 2002 as well as the Gold Award since it was first instituted. This is quite an achievement for a chapter of our size and composition. If you are new to the Chattanooga area or have been here a while and are just now considering a career in internal auditing, we welcome and invite you to attend one of our monthly chapter meetings!
