Duties:
Provides leadership in the management of multiple audit teams.  Evaluates and develops assigned direct reports.  Assists in preparing presentations for the Audit Committees of the Boards of Directors.  Maintains solid relationships with assigned business segments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and previous audit management experience, or demonstrated related abilities.  Sarbanes-Oxley experience, strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, oversee and manage projects. CPA, CIA, or CISA certification required. Limited travel required.

Responsibilities: This high-visibility position provides opportunities to assess and improve business processes while rapidly gaining exposure to diverse business activities. The primary responsibilities include:

Executing complex operational audits, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliancetesting, and special projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fie; Prior audit experience (Corporate internal audit or Big 4 preferred); Passed or aggressively pursuing CPA, CIA or CISA; Sarbanes-Oxley experience preferred; Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and oral and writte ncommunication skill; Capacity for limited travel
