President's Message The chapter year is underway! Everyone should have received the event announcement for our first meeting and membership appreciation event scheduled for September 9th at Miller Park. Dr. Larry Rittenberg, COSO Chairman and UW-Madison Ernst & Young Professor of Accounting, will discuss controls monitoring and governance. Following a reception and networking with fellow professionals, you will have the opportunity to catch some exciting Brewers baseball action! Please continue to check our website for future events, news, job postings and other audit resources. As in the past, our primary method of communication is through the website and email. If you have changed jobs, moved, or have profile changes, please update your information by visiting the IIA at www.theiia.org or calling the IIA’s Customer Service at 407-937-1100. Do you want to get involved in your local chapter? Please contact me or any of your board members and we will gladly get you on a committee or get you involved.
