Today’s businesses must have a clear understanding of the risks inherent in their business relationships with outside parties. To address these risks, companies must implement programs using nonadversarial third-party risk management strategies that benefit all parties.  This session will discuss third party risks, third party risk management programs, and techniques for auditing third parties.

Gregg E. Anderson, CIA, Director, Crowe Horwath LLP
Gregg leverages his 26 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, operational and technology consulting including program management, project management, IT strategy, process design, software evaluation, software implementation and application development.  Gregg applies his diverse program management expertise to assist clients in the development of Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management and Sustainability programs. 
Gregg is a champion for Enterprise Risk Management, and has responsibilities for developing thought leadership, frameworks, and consulting tools leveraged throughout Crowe’s diverse client base.  When not working with clients, Gregg facilitates roundtables and workshops and is a frequent speaker across the country. 

Mark J. Laube, Vice President, Compliance & Process Improvement, Microdynamics Group
Mark Laube brings over 25 years of experience in information technology, finance, risk management, and process engineering.  Mark joined Microdynamics in 2008 and led acquisition and consolidation of two acquired businesses.  Mr. Laube leads risk management, regulatory and standards compliance, and security initiatives. 
Mark chairs the Microdynamics Risk Management Council. Prior to Microdynamics, Mr. Laube held various senior management positions with W.W. Grainger, Inc. where he led many major technology, finance, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Eric Andolina, Manager, Crowe Horwath LLP  
Eric has over seven years experience in internal auditing and business process consulting for clients in a variety of sectors including financial institutions, manufacturing, public utilities, and energy.    Eric has experience performing vendor and third party compliance contract reviews to identify excessive risk exposure and potential cost recovery opportunities for companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, public utilities, and energy.
Prior to joining Crowe, Eric worked as a financial risk management analyst with an emphasis in mitigating risk involved with electronic financial transactions.  This role included the ongoing assessment of financial exposure and due diligence on company initiated payroll transactions.
