Cancellations after Noon on the Monday preceding the meeting will be billed to the member unless a substitute attendee is provided and identified as such on the reservation. Reservations after Monday Noon preceding a meeting are space-available basis only.

• Presentations of IIA Central Virginia Chapter's Theron Bell Endowment Fund $20,000 check to the VCU School of Business to create an on-going scholarship.
• Note: 50% of the net proceeds from each Ethics Seminar is also contributed to this scholarship.
