Please join the IIA Sacramento Chapter meeting on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. Networking is important, so bring your business cards and meet your fellow auditors. After a hearty breakfast, we have programmed an event entitled “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly of Internal Audit Workpapers," by Vicki McIntyre. This program will reveal the best practices for IIA standards, a great learning opportunity for auditors at every level and also an excellent refresher for others.

The IIA’s International Professional Practices framework and guidance on workpapers – what the standards require and strongly recommended guidance from the practice advisories. What are the purposes of workpapers? When YOUR workpapers become legal evidence – under the microscope! When enough is enough and too much of a good thing turns bad.
