Mission Statement:

Established in 1945, The San Francisco Chapter of The Institute of Internal Auditors is a professional association of internal auditors that  promotes professional growth and progress for the practice of internal auditing.  

Activities include supporting the work and initiatives of the international organization ( www.theiia.org) and promoting the IIA Statement of Responsibilities, Code of Ethics , and the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing .  

The SFIIA demonstrates the IIA's motto, "Progress Through Sharing,"  by sharing the tools, techniques, concepts and philosophies developed by its members.
