PRESENTER:            

Diego Curt, Principal Auditor

Idaho Department of Transportation

Diego Curt is a Principal Auditor, Internal Review at Idaho Transportation Department (ITD).  In this capacity he is responsible for information systems audits and reviews. Diego works closely with ITD's technology section to ensure and promote sound information systems governance, information systems security, and general computer practices. He also participates in financial and operational audits/reviews.

Prior to joining the Idaho Transportation Department, Diego has over 10 years of experience in management, 6 years in software development and software project management, and over 5 years in accounting and audit work. He has been involved in financial system installations and implementations that was part of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for various companies. At ConAgra Foods, he was also responsible for the quality assurance, testing, and training of business application systems. He has experience in the following industries: Technology (hardware and software), Food Manufacturing, and Governmental.

Diego graduated from Pacific Christian College with a major in Business Management. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He is a member of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), and the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Lunch will not be provided - participants may feel free to bring their own lunch or purchase from the cafeteria on-site.  Please note the following information regarding parking availability:

  • Parking lot located at the corner of Bannock and 12th, park in a visitor marked stall, or you will get ticketed.
  • On the street at a meter, first 20 minutes are free.
  • One block west of the Boise Plaza parking garage you can park on the street for two hours free, where it is marked.

This luncheon is open to non-members as well as members at no charge.  If you would like a CPE certificate for attending, the following fee will apply:

  • $5 -  IIA/ISACA member
  • $15 - non-member
