Listing the company/attendee information ensures we receive all the necessary registration information and will eliminate the need for a separate registration. Once you reach the shopping cart page, be sure to update the “Quantity” number to reflect the number of individuals covered by the registration and payment. Members from partner organizations, such as the IMA, should select the "Partner Organization" registration type. If paying by credit card, please pay by the reservation deadline as we will not be accepting credit cards at the door on the day of the event.
Meeting & Seminar Registration Payment and Refund Policy To help keep the cost of our events reasonable, we have implemented the following payment and refund policy: When making a reservation, you will be responsible for payment unless you cancel by the registration deadline posted at the meeting/event page on the Wichita Chapter IIA Web site. Full payment will be expected from no-shows and for those individuals cancelling after the registration deadline. If you prepaid, you will receive a full refund by cancelling before the registration deadline posted at the meeting/event page on the Wichita Chapter IIA Web site. Refunds will not be processed for no-shows and for cancellations received after the registration deadline. A company is welcome to make a substitution (from the same company only) in place of an existing reservation. Any substitution should be of the same reservation type (i.e. member, non-member) or, if applicable, the additional amount should be paid. |
