Day one of the Small Audit Shop – Challenges, Opportunities and Emerging Practices Seminar with Donald Espersen
This seminar is a condensed version of the IIA’s highly rated “Strategies for Managing the Small Audit Shop” program. At the beginning of the session, participant’s interests and needs will be discussed and used to customize the program. Ultimately, this highly participative session will help participants deal with challenging issues, take advantage of potential opportunities, and identify a manageable number of action items to improve their small audit shop’s capability.
