Richard Tuck, CES, CPC, CIPC, has a Bachelor's and Master's degree and was a teacher and college instructor before entering his business career. He is CEO and Founder of Lander International, the largest full service IS audit recruiting firm in the world.  In 1998 his organization was named by INC. Magazine as the 290^th Fastest Growing Privately Held Company in America.  Richard was also named by INC. With Baby boomers retiring and handing over the reigns of management to newer generations, employers are finding that the rules of the game are different for members of Generation X and Y.
