Agenda:

During this practical, hands-on working session, Ann will explain how to organize your ideas in a compelling way. You will be able to use her tips for documenting your audit concerns to make sure that your audit issues get the attention and buy-in they deserve. Additionally, this session will enable you to:

- Describe the characteristics of effective audit documentation

- Use two different ways to overcome writer’s block

- Describe the five elements every audit concern must contain

- Prepare effective, accurate, and concise audit concerns

- Formulate sentences and paragraphs that are clear, cogent, and properly formatted

- Use an effective writing style to produce compelling, grammatically correct audit documentation

- Use a systematic and time-saving approach to edit your work
