Continuing Professional Education and Development Credits

Certificates were sent on May 6, 2009 to the email used to register you for the event.  If you did not receive your certificate via email, please contact the IIA Chicago Chapter Certifications Committee at djg@dgaffneyassociates.comor our Chapter Registrar at registrar@iiachicago.com.

This event qualifies for up to six CPE or CPD credits (Federal Tax #23-7408092).  As a conference registrant, you were provided a name badge with an associated bar code.  This name badge was used to capture your attendance and is the basis of the credits awarded for the event.

NOTE: One continuing professional education hour is earned for each 50 minutes of active participation (excluding lunches and breaks) in a professional educational activity. The total attendance time cannot be combined and divided by 50 minute increments for calculating CPE credits.
