Anti-Fraud Programs and Controls No organization is without fraud risk. History shows that fraud can lead to the downfall of organizations and the incarceration of key management. Given increased stakeholder expectations, regulatory requirements, and a drive for improved financial health, management is compelled to enhance or develop anti-fraud programs and controls. During this presentation, you will have the opportunity to hear how internal auditors can help management fight fraud; learn current fraud schemes and fraud-related regulations; understand the value proposition for an antifraud program; and discuss the key principles for effectively managing fraud risk. In addition, you will learn useful concepts for assessing, improving, or developing your organization’s anti-fraud program.
