IIA's 2011 Virginia CPA Ethics Seminar,

2-CPE satisfying the 2012 Board of Accountancy requirement.

$40/person until 4/27/12; $49 thereafter. 

Open to members & to non-members with reservation in advance, on a space-available basis.

This Virginia CPA Ethics Seminar is provided as a service to IIA members, to non-members who are Virginia CPAs  (over 50% of the Central Virginia Chapter members are CPAs), and to anyone else needing this CPE credit.  50% of the Ethics seminar's net profit goes to the IIA Central Virginia Chapter's Theron Bell Memorial Scholarship Fund at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), and 50% to on-going chapter operations.  Please encourage your CPA members or guests to attend, if they have not yet satisfied their Virginia calendar year Ethics requirement!

Reservations are first-come first-served (use above "Register Me" button) and limited to the first 70 people prepaid.

Please ensure that your check or credit/debit card payment is received in advance.  $40/person until 4/27/12, if space is available.  No credit cards are accepted at the seminar.  Your reservation must be confirmed.

Cancellations by 04/27/12 will be refunded (less $2 Google handling fee).  Non-receipt of your check (or Google Checkout payment) will result in reservation cancellation.  While substitutions are permitted before or after 04/27/12, without charge, please notify  centralvaiia@gmail.com of the name of your substitute, as it is needed for the CPE and for the Security Guard's list for admission..

Seminar starts promptly at 8AM.     Room location:  Ground Floor Auditorium.  Obtain your receipt from the IIA table.  The Ethics CPE sign-in form will be distributed during the seminar.

This 2012 Ethics Seminar is offered by IIA Central Virginia Chapter thanks to Dr. Carolyn S. Norman of VCU.  This 2-CPE Ethics course satisfies the 2012 Virginia Board of Accountancy Ethics requirement for Virginia CPAs.   50% of net proceeds go to support chapter activities, and 50% to the chapter's IIA Thereon Bell Memorial Scholarship Fund at VCU.
