The Columbus Chapters of the IIA and ISACA present: LinkedWorking: Utilizing Social Media to Advance & Enhance Business presentation by Frank Agin, Founder and President, AmSpirit Business Connections/ISACA Roundtable. You would be challenged to find more relevant topics than social media and networking, as both are the buzz of the business world. This timely program, which will be followed by a discussion panel, is not limited to members of The IIA and ISACA, but is open to business colleagues and guests. “With millions of professionals now using LinkedIn and other social media applications, these web-sites are changing business communication and professional interaction. For those who are willing to understand it, social media will create an opportunity to advance and enhance careers and business.” - Frank Agin, President, AmSpirit Business Connections Frank Agin is the founder and president of AmSpirit Business Connections, an organization that empowers entrepreneurs, sales representatives and professionals to become more successful through networking. In addition, he consults with companies and individuals in various industries to help them become more effective with their networking efforts, business relationship management and use of social media. Frank is the author of a book entitled Foundational Networking: Creating Know, Like & Trust For A Lifetime of Extraordinary Success, which is the culmination of his life experiences, observations and research as it relates to professional networking. He is also the co-author of LinkedWorking: Generating Success of the World’s Largest Professional Networking Website, which is one of the first books to set forth a strategy for being successful with social media websites.
The registration desk will open at 8 AM and a breakfast buffet will be served consisting of coffee, juices, teas, fresh seasonal fruit, flavored yogurts, assorted cereals with 2% and skim milk, fresh scrambled eggs with herbs, french toast with maple syrup, maple pepper bacon and sausage links, breakfast potatoes and more.
