About Our Speakers...

Rich Lanza (CPA/CITP, CFE, PMP), President

Rich Lanza dedicates himself to assisting organizations generate cash recoveries, stop profit leaks, move away from control issues, and work towards process improvements. This is done by pairing companies with a recovery expert best suited to their needs or by helping companies incorporate profit recovery technology.

Rich is the author of 12 publications and training courses in audit software and has over 75 articles for major audit and accounting publications. He has worked for companies ranging in size from $30 million to $12 billion, and in all he has helped them save money through the use of technology and recovery auditing.

While he has over 15 years of experience and is a recognized leader in the use of technology, Rich also founded AuditSoftware.Net, a free website devoted to using technology for generating bottom line results. This website has become the top spot on the web for audit software based on Google rankings as its web content is propagated through various professional associations.

David rejoined Deloitte Tax in October 2006 as a Director in the Parsippany office.  David had spent 8 years with Deloitte Tax’s Employee Benefits Tax Group and was in charge of the Tri-State Employee Benefits Tax - Executive Compensation Team and consulted on the tax treatment, design, preliminary drafting, implementation and communication of non-qualified and equity based compensation plans.

Prior to rejoining Deloitte Tax, David was the Corporate Compensation Manager for Alcoa Inc. where he focused on the design, implementation, and administration of short and long-term executive compensation and benefit plans, personnel movements and analytics of the company’s top 1,200 executives globally.

  • Judy is a Senior Manager in the Philadelphia office. She has experience in serving large multinational and mid-cap companies in numerous sectors, including: consumer business, manufacturing and life sciences. She has extensive experience in Sarbanes-Oxley tax compliance, internal control audit reviews, employment and executive compensation tax matters and IRS practice and procedures.
  • Prior to rejoining Deloitte Tax, Judy was a Team Leader for Towers Perrin in Philadelphia, where she focused on various tax compliance matters relating to qualified retirement, and health & welfare programs.

I-95 South to 476 North to Exit 3  (Springfield).  Turn right off exit on Baltimore Pike (Route 1).  Proceed on Route 1 for approximately ½ mile to Route 320 (West Sproul Road).  Turn Left on Route 320.  Springfield Country Club is located ½ mile on the left.

I-76 West to 476 South to Exit 5 Springfield-Media.  Turn Left off exit.  Follow signs for 320 (West Sproul Road).  Turn right on Route 320 (West Sproul Road).  Springfield Country Club is located ¾ mile on the right.

From Pennsylvania Turnpike, Bucks County, Montgomery County


Exit 20-Mid County off Pennsylvania Turnpike to 476 South towards Chester to Exit 5 marked Springfield-Lima.  Turn left off exit onto Route 1 North.  Stay in right lane, follow signs for route 320 (West Sproul Road).  Turn Right on Route 320 (West Sproul Road).  Springfield Country Club is located ¾ mile on the right.

From Delaware


I-95 North to exit 7 marked I-476 North (Blue Route).  From the Blue Route to Exit 3   Springfield- Media.  Turn right off exit onto Baltimore Pike (Route 1).  Proceed on Route 1 for approximately ½ mile to Route 320 (West Sproul Road).  Turn Left on Route 320.  Springfield Country Club is located ½ mile on the left. 

From New York/ North Jersey


Take New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 6/Pennsylvania Turnpike.  Follow Turnpike to Exit 20 Mid County Exit.  Follow sign for 476/ Chester (Blue Route) to Exit 5 marked Springfield-Lima.  Turn left off exit onto Route 1 North.  Stay in right lane, follow signs for route 320 (West Sproul Road).  Turn Right on Route 320 (West Sproul Road).  Springfield Country Club is located ¾ mile on the right.

Payment must be recived prior to the event date or on-site. 

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be granted to those giving at least seven days advance notice. Registrants are responsible for the full registration fee should they not cancel at least seven days in advance or not cancel at all.
