Getting the information you need from an auditee isn’t easy! Auditees are usually apprehensive about meeting with an auditor and, in the early stages of an audit, you may not know enough about their program to ask the right questions.

• how to structure an interview, entrance conference, and exit conference for maximum effectiveness
• how to size-up the situation and the auditee
• how to maintain your professionalism under pressure
• when you should try another method for getting the information you need
• how to plan the interview so you save time and face
• how to ease tensions and enhance your relationship with the auditee
• how to negotiate for what you need to get your job done

The method of presentation is group-live instruction and the program level is basic.

Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for this course nor is there any advanced preparation required.
