Founded R. Maslac & Associates, Inc., an auditing and risk management consulting firm currently serving fifty-two financial institutions in Southern California. Consists of seventeen professionals who specialize in auditing internal controls, consumer compliance, information systems, electronic banking and various management consulting services. Develops growth and profit strategies for the firm and is responsible for product and service development. Serves as an expert witness and forensic auditor.

Supervised banking operations (10 branches), data processing, administrative services, human resources and central services. Coordinated with bank's controller regarding financial reporting, budgeting and expense controls. Coordinated with Branch Administrator regarding branch office activities. Was responsible for regulatory compliance, internal security, policies and procedures and facilities maintenance. Executed the sale of three banking offices. Served as project manager for productivity enhancement.
