Wichita Chapter IIA Candidate Information

President (Term - June 1, 2013 – May 31, 2014)
Amanda McDaneld, Emprise Financial Corporation/ Staff Auditor II

  • Education: Newman University, Double Major in Finance and Management
  • Certifications: CFSA, one part away from obtaining the CIA.
  • Work Experience: Emprise Bank from October 2004 to September 2008, when I transferred to the Audit Department.  I have worked for Emprise Financial Corporation since September 2008.
  • Outside Work Activities: I spend a lot of time with my husband and three year old daughter.  I also love to read.
  • Reasons why you would like to serve as a leader with the Wichita Chapter IIA: I have been involved as an officer for 3 of the 4 years I have been a member.  I really enjoy the process of bringing the meetings together and having input on the direction of the Chapter.

Vice President (Term - June 1, 2013 – May 31, 2014)
Daniel Hayden, Cessna Employees Credit Union / Controls and Compliance Sr.

  • Education: Kansas State University, Bachelor’s Degree in Business
  • Certifications: CFSA, CRMA
  • Work Experience: I founded an audit program at BANKWEST OF KANSAS in Goodland Kansas, there is a good chance you were once snowed in there on your way to Colorado.
  • Outside Work Activities: Hobbies are running, movies, all things geek (cool stuff like comic books, super heroes, etc), and trying to be a good father, Volunteer - Goddard Lions Club, Allies Hope.
  • Reasons why you would like to serve as a leader with the Wichita Chapter IIA: I feel this is a valuable organization which has helped me achieve personal and career goals and I want the opportunity to continue to serve the organization and its members.

Secretary (Term - June 1, 2013 – May 31, 2014)
Jennifer Booth, Data Center Incorporated, IT Auditor

  • Education: Wichita State University, BS in Business Administration
  • Certifications: CIA
  • Work Experience: I have been working in the banking industry for 12 years.
  • Outside Work Activities: Yoga, running, reading, anything crafty, and spending time with my husband and son. Volunteer for March of Dimes.
  • Reasons why you would like to serve as a leader with the Wichita Chapter IIA: To give back to my profession and help develop it for the future.

Treasurer (Term - June 1, 2013 – May 31, 2014)
Jonathan Snively, Emprise Financial Corporation, Staff Auditor

  • Education: Friends University, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Work Experience: Graduate of the KBA/NBA Advanced School of Banking, Graduate of KBA Bank Compliance School.
  • Outside Work Activities: Going to concerts, watching college basketball, cooking.
  • Reasons why you would like to serve as a leader with the Wichita Chapter IIA: I would like to serve as a leader in the Wichita Chapter of the IIA in order to develop relationships with other auditors and to further my auditing knowledge.

Board of Governors (Term - June 1, 2013 – May 31, 2016, Vote for 4)

Jeff Goldstein, Viega, Internal Audit Manager

  • Education: Wichita State University, Masters of Accountancy; Bentley University (Waltham, MA), B.S. Managerial Economics
  • Certifications: CPA
  • Work Experience: Worked for Viega for 9 years in various accounting roles.
  • Outside Work Activities: Playing with my 2 daughters, ages 2 and 3 and a half.
  • Reasons why you would like to serve as a leader with the Wichita Chapter IIA: I would like to serve as a leader with the Wichita Chapter IIA because I feel with my professional experiences, I will be able to help our chapter meet its objectives.

Michele Harrison, Kennedy & Coe, LLC, Associate in the Financial Institutions Group

  • Education: Wichita State University, Master of Accountancy
  • Outside Work Activities: Hobbies include running, yoga, and recently picked up acrylic painting.
  • Reasons why you would like to serve as a leader with the Wichita Chapter IIA: I’d like to serve as a leader with the Wichita Chapter IIA to further my knowledge of internal audit and network with others in the industry.

Robin Mousley, CHAN Healthcare, Audit Manager

  • Education: Southwestern College (Winfield), BBA
  • Certifications: CIA, CRMA
  • Work Experience: 11 years healthcare audit experience; 3 years at the Hertz Corporation.
  • Reasons why you would like to serve as a leader with the Wichita Chapter IIA: Continue efforts to strengthen the Chapter and promote our profession.

Ann Richardson, CornerBank, N.A.,  AVP – Internal Auditor and Compliance Officer

  • Education: Southwestern College (Winfield), B.A. (Biology) and B.S. (Health, Physical Education and Recreation)
  • Certifications:  CCBIA (Certified Community Bank Internal Auditor) and CCBCO (Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer) Both from the ICBA (Independent Community Bankers of America)
  • Work Experience: 15 years in banking. Prior to banking, I worked in law enforcement for 10 years with Cowley County – 6 years as a Deputy Sheriff and 4 years as the Juvenile Intake Officer.
  • Outside Work Activities: I love to travel (cruises, driving vacation, baseball trips), sports (Chiefs and Royals), cooking.  I have been on the Cowley County Safe Homes board and at the bank we also support Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Relay for Life and Habitat for Humanity.
  • Reasons why you would like to serve as a leader with the Wichita Chapter IIA: I have been a member of IIA for three years now and I know that all organizations rely on active participation from all members.
