Audit Senior

The Indiana University Foundation has an opening for an Audit Senior located in Bloomington.  This position will be responsible for planning, leading, and conducting audits of financial, operational, and compliance related topics, providing constructive audit reports to management, and recommending improvements in systems of internal controls and current operations to minimize risk, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Partnering with the Audit Director, the Audit Supervisor will assist in the supervision of the Internal Audit staff during audit engagements and will be responsible for regular and timely feedback regarding staff performance.

We value employees who are able to exercise extremely good judgment in the handling of confidential information, possess the ability to make decisions on imperfect information, can demonstrate creativity in problem solving, agility in managing multiple projects concurrently, and an ability to collaborate with disparate audiences in a collegial manner.

If you have a minimum of 5 years experience in internal auditing, a Baccalaureate degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university, significant knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows based personal computers and applications, a thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles especially those relevant to nonprofits, and excellent analytical skills, please forward a cover letter stating salary requirements and a resume by December 21 to:
