Colm is one of the lead partners in PricewaterhouseCoopers Bermuda’s Commercial Insurance Team.  This team of over 90 partners, managers and other professionals is responsible for the delivery of a broad range of services to many of Bermuda’s largest and most dynamic insurance and reinsurance companies.

Both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Colm also heads up PricewaterhouseCoopers Bermuda’s growing internal audit practice.

With over 14 years industry experience, Colm has worked closely with an impressive list of Bermuda insurers and reinsurers providing internal as well as external assurance services and has assisted a number of them in developing their Enterprise Risk Management programs. For the last four years, Colm has been heavily involved in working with clients as they implement their Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs. Colm recently led a major project with the Bermuda Monetary Authority to assist in the development of a Risk Based Capital model for Bermuda and has also provided advice to a number of clients in their initial licensing and set up on the island.

Colm is a member of the Bermuda Monetary Authority’s Technical Advisory Group to the Admission and Licensing Committee (previously the Insurance Admissions Committee) and is a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Insurance Technical Panel and US Reinsurance Task Force.
