Larry Hubbard globally well known internal audit expert and trainer conducted two day workshop on Assessing Business Risk for Auditors for theInstitute of Internal Auditors. Due to large enrollment two batches were held that facilitated training for 72 individuals that included many Qatari nationals. QNB, Qtel, Rasgas, Qatargas, Teyseer , Waqood etc sponsored their staff in addition to individual members. Larry with his experience over three decades taught theories, methodologies and practical applications related to Risk assessment, Reporting, Risk Control matrix etc. He explained common errors people commit in risk assessments and tips on best practices to follow. The case studies took audience through the process to learn by doing.

Oliver Nordal of the IIA coordinated the training, the first since inception of the chapter in the year 2003.
