Certification Update - Change in Fees
The highlights are as follows:
-
Due to escalating associated administrative and exam development costs, the CIA exam part fees will increase as of the May 2006 exam cycle. The new fee structure follows below. They will also introduce new fees for deferrals, cancellations and no-shows. For complete information, please visit the IIA website at
www.theiia.org/certification.
-
The CIA exam part fee increase will be effective for all applications received on or after January 1, 2006. Candidates who defer or apply on or after January 1, 2006, will be charged the new fee.
-
To minimize the use of multiple logos and brands for IIA products and services, IIA headquarters will no longer be using branding logos for the specialty exams (CCSA, CGAP, and CFSA).
