2008-2009 IIA Officers and Coordinators - New Orleans Chapter

Support the President and Coordinators as needed.  Coordinate monthly chapter meetings to ensure that all activities are complete.

Account for events, produce financial statements and reconcile bank statements.  Register meeting and seminar attendees and collect payments.  Invoice appropriate companies for meeting attendance.

Secretaries / RSVP Coordinators

Record minutes of chapter Board meetings and maintain chapter records (for example, meeting attendance sheets).  Receive email and telephone reservations and send email confirmations.  Report registrations to the President, Treasurer and other Coordinators.

Account for CAP points and submit CAP report monthly.

Maintain communication with chapter distribution via email.  Send meeting reminders monthly and other announcements as needed.
