The Executive Committee shall comprise of the following and they shall be elected at the annual general meeting:

* A Deputy President
* An Honorary Secretary
* An Honorary Treasurer

The primary function of the Executive Committee is to take all practicable steps to achieve the vision and aims of ACIIA and to establish procedures consistent with the provisions of ACIIA’s constitution.
