Are you not receiving the IIA Newsletter/Do you know where these people are?
Every other month, Garth Farrend (garthfarrend@comcast.net) sends out our Chapter Newsletter. He is then deluged with "bounces" - e-mails that do not go through to the recipient. This happens because there is a filter in place at your Mail server, or we have the e-mail address wrong. So, we'd like everyone's help in taking action on these items:
E-Mail Bounce List (you must be logged into the website to see this file).
1. If you see that your e-mail address is correct in the attached Excel file, there must be a filter in place blocking the distribution of this e-mail. This can happen because our newsletter has over 1,000 addresses, and some filters automatically detect that as spam. You can contact your systems administrator and see if they can allow the e-mails from Garth's address to come through, or alternatively, make yourself a note to keep checking in the Members Library for the most recent newsletter. Unless we get more volunteers, we cannot track and send separate e-mails to those with such a filter in place.
2. Please review the attached Excel file - if you know a person in there and have a different e-mail address, please contact Irene Wong (irene.wong@baxa.com) to have the person's information corrected.
Thank you very much!
