 Training for Oregon state government employees is arranged through iLearn.

Instructions for obtaining an iLearn account are at http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/HR/docs/e-lms/job_aid1.pdf.  

Once you have an iLearn account:

STEP 1: Log in to iLearnOregon. Once you have completed the login process you will be taken to the iLearnOregon My Homepage.
STEP 2: From the left side navigation, click Learning Center.
STEP 3
: From the Learning Center, click Course Catalog.
STEP 4: From the Search window, search for <your course keyword> select All words.
STEP 5: To the far right of the course name, under the Action column, select View Sections and click Go. Select the desired section and click Go next to enroll. A confirmation screen appears. Select Enroll again to confirm your registration. Once you have enrolled, you will receive an email confirmation.

The Salem Chapter has a number of audit manuals, reference books, and study guides at the State Library. 
These books are kept in their own location and are available for check out.
