Hi to All!
As the new President of the IIA Calgary Chapter, I'd like to personally welcome new and existing members. We have an exciting year ahead of us and some great events in the works!
The 1st IIA Canadian National Conference to be held October 6th – 8th is a sold out event! We thank the membership for their support and thank the Conference Committee and IIA Global for the countless volunteer hours of planning and organizing that will make this special event possible.
Our Program Governors (Gary Loughery and Terry Anderson) are hard at work bringing a new flavour to the monthly luncheons and appealing to as many industries/professions as possible –

Our Social Governor (Anthony Jankowski) will be organizing one social per quarter and I encourage you to please come out! The socials are a great opportunity to network, share ideas, foster Chapter growth and just have fun! I welcome your feedback on how to best serve the membership.

I hope that members are enjoying the increased convenience of on-line registration and payment. Comments welcome and encouraged, etc. Many thanks to Reg Hnatiuk, Bonnie Yan, John Tang and Liz Curle for adding CVent to our registration process!
I look forward to meeting new and existing members and I hope that everyone finds this to be a fun, valuable and successful year. On behalf of the Board of Governors, we wish you a productive fall season and look forward to seeing you at the events!
