Hi Everyone,

I hope and would appreciate your help and guidance for passsing the CIA exam part 3 (3-part). I have passed part 1 and 2 (old version) and that was not an easy journey.

I have not attempted the new part three or the old version. So am kinda fearful and my exam is closing by. thus I would really appreciate anyones experience of the new part 3 - I use GLeim 17th edition with Lambers... It is so much information to grasp and my scoring is not that high.

Please anyone share with me what you feel it takes to pass? Focus on IT? OR Financial Management - hate the compuation part? the new subjects from part4?

really what is the best way to structure ones studies to ultimately pass.

I would appreciate your feedback.

Thanks

Hoda

Hey. Firstly dont fear the exam it must fear you . Read and understand everything in Gleim text then do questions for gleim. dont focus too much on calculations especially the complex ones. you wont meet them in the exam. At most you get 6 bev , depreciation or working capital ratios. Truth is Gleim worked for me. I passed all parts first time

Hi Boss,
I'm taking the exam, new Part 3, in 4 days. Can you give me any insight to the exam? I've read everyone's comments, and everyone seems to agree there are few calculations, and they are not that complex. But then, where do I focus my study efforts? IT?
