There are many criteria for determining the materiality of an account for SOX purposes. One of which is Size of account. What do most companies use to determine materiality of size: percentage of total assets, percentage of total revenues? And what percentage is commonly used?

Thanks

I'd suggest you ask this of your external auditors, since the answer has a huge impact on their ability to rely on your work.
