I am writing a research proposal , MSc Strategic Management. I want to write something about Internal auditing, any suggestion? It has to be linked to strategic management.
The link of IA and strategic management is tricky. It's not worth of much speculations. If IA audits SM it would find many holes as SM is a soft process relying on informal decisions and opinions of top management.
Im thinking of 'The importance of IA in an org's strategic direction', wud that not work Yuri? Im thinking along the line of outlining how important it is for IAs to focus more on Strategic Objectives as well.
Hi Notts, just tried to post a longer comment but the bloody software refused to record it. Shortly, I believe the best IA can do fot SM at the moment is to link audit goals and findings to strategic goals of the company.
