Hello everybody,
I am going to audit a chain of gas stations (the whole process from supply to customer sales). Do you have any ideas or experience to share?
Many thanks

The IRS has an audit guide for service stations -
Retail Industry ATG - Chapter 3: Examination Techniques for Specific Industries (Gasoline Service Stations)
. It contains some excellent detail about how stations work. It’s tax-focused, of course, but most of the audit techniques and areas of concern are the same as you would do for a non-tax audit. It also has links to some additional reference sources.
