Please share your ideas regarding the composition of Head Office Risk Committee not the board Risk Committee, which of the senior management members (i.e. CEO, CRO, CFO, COO and CAE) can be included in the Head Office Risk Committee? I appreciate your views!
Dear Hameed, I think HO Risk committee should comprise all members of management team who are concerned to accomplish the already defined objectives/Scope of this committee. First define the scope and objective of this committee i.e. whether it is going to assist BOD Risk Committee and if yes then in what areas?.. whether it will overseeing the risk profile for the entire organization or for some special functions/departments/areas etc. In my point of view Members of Finance/Audit/Operations/Sales & Marketing from that area should be designated in this risk committee.
