My team and I are updating the Internal Audit Reporting Standards for our department and want to create some sort of Report Template that can be used for all different types of Audits (SOX, Operational, Compliance, etc.).
Does anyone have a Report Template or documented Reporting Standards that they wouldn't mind sharing with us? Thanks in advance!
Each one of our workpapers are separate depending on the type of audit. DO you mean that you will have one master wp and then you will filter for the different types of audits?
No, I understand that the Work Papers will be different for each audit. However, we want to streamline the Audit Report that we issue after each audit. The Audit Report is usually one to two pages and gives a brief summary of the audit and any issues found. We have noticed that not all the Audit Reports in our department are consistent. We want to have a basic template that everyone can fill in with their own results. Hope that makes sense. Thanks.
