Looking for examples of management reports to help monitor and control health care costs especially if you are self-insured and a TPA handles the claims processing. What type of reports (for example claims by type accident, claims by illness or any exception type reports does your TPA provide for your management staff to review. I want to make sure our company is monitoring and questioning health care costs when needed.
