Does anyone have a view on sharing IA reports and risk registers & documents with clients? Many thanks in advance.

I believe in being very transparent with audit clients. Not only does this build mutual trust, it helps to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the elements in the risk register.

In my opinion and in my experience, the more you share materials with clients, the better auditor you will be and the higher credibility you will earn.

Oops, my mistake. I didn't mean audit clients, i meant the usual clients - those who pay for our services/goods etc.

Still not clear - are you referring to your senior management and Board of Directors?
