Registration for the Inaugural Canadian National Conference 2008

All prices for the conference listed here are in Canadian dollars,

Additionally, a five (5) percent GST tax required by Canadian law will be collected with the registration fee. If you are not required to remit this tax, you have to inform the conference registration services in advance, otherwise you will be charged.
