Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing before the seminar start date. Any cancellation received less than 14 days before the start date will be subject to a US $250 non-refundable service charge. This fee will be waived if another training program is purchased at time of cancellatioin. No refunds will be given for confirmed registrations not cancelled by the event start date. All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days following the program.
