Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing before the event start date. The IIA's cancellation policy is as follows (excluding Webinars):

  • No cancellation fee for cancellations received more than four weeks out.
  • A non-refundable service charge of US $495 for cancellations received from four to two weeks out. This fee will be waived if another training program is purchased at time of cancellation.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received two weeks out or less.

 All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days following the program. Fees, courses, and program content are subject to change without notice.

Self Study
On-demand self study course available to IIA members are offered through a partnership third-party training providers. All IIA service providers are certified in accordance with National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) standards to offer online self-study course. Continual Professional Education (CPE) credits earned for these courses are issued by the service providers.
