Ali Kamil

President and founder of IIA–Turkey, Ali Kamil Uzun, CPA, CFE, of Deloitte Turkey, has been honored with the Business Administrator of the Year 2007 award. The annual award was presented by business administration faculty of Istanbul University and the Dünya Business & Economic newspaper. With 28 years of experience in internal auditing, Uzun was honored as a pioneer in the application and expansion of internal audit standards in Turkey.

Kamal DuaComcast Corp., based in Philadelphia, recently announced the promotion of Kamal Dua, CPA, to senior vice president and general auditor. In this role, he will lead the internal audit department and report to the executive vice president. Before joining Comcast, Dua was vice president and general auditor of KeySpan Corp. in New York City. He has also held executive positions with AT&T and Bell Atlantic (Verizon). Dua is a member of The IIA–Long Island Chapter.

Aditya AgrawalAditya Agrawal, CIA, CFSA, CISA, CISSP, CFE, has been named director, Internal Audit for CME Group in Chicago. Agrawal is responsible for the internal audit team and providing the audit committee with reports on internal controls. Before joining the company in 2005, he worked with several large organizations including American Express TBS, SDG Corp., and Transamerica Finance Corp. Agrawal is a member of The IIA–Chicago Chapter.

Elizabeth FolsomElizabeth Folsom, CIA, CCSA, has joined the Academy for Educational Development in Washington, D.C., as senior vice president and director of Internal Audit. Folsom has worked with several international development organizations, most recently serving as auditor general of the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C. Folsom is a member of The IIA–Washington, D.C. Chapter.
