2010 Call for Volunteers
Build for Tomorrow
The IIA is now seeking leadership candidates for 2010-2011!

With 160,000 members in 165 countries, The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is a volunteer-driven professional association that provides dynamic leadership for the global profession of internal auditing. We value our volunteers and the contributions they make toward building for tomorrow. 

Our volunteers are dedicated, knowledgeable, talented, and valued by The IIA and The IIA Research Foundation.  If you have a desire to contribute to The IIA’s ongoing development of new products, services, and guidance for the profession, you are encouraged to learn more about our volunteer opportunities at the local, regional, and international levels. 

Currently, The IIA is seeking qualified members who are willing to serve in the following positions: 

• International Officers
• Institute Directors
• North American Directors
• The IIA Research Foundation Board of Trustees
• Members for 18 Committees
• District Advisors (North America)
• District Representatives (North America)

Nominations for 2010-2011 must be received by November 6, 2009. Forms received after that date, will be considered for the 2011-2012 service year. If you are elected or appointed to serve, your term will begin in June 2010.
