  • How do I renew my group membership?
    • Approximately 90 days before your group is due to renew, the Group Manager will receive a renewal package. It will contain a Dues Calculation sheet to determine the renewal amount, and individual profiles for all members. You will need to verify the information on your  members, mark any individuals to be removed from the group, provide a profile sheet for any new members and finally submit the paperwork to IIA Headquarters along with the full payment.
  • How do I add/delete/replace an individual for my group membership?
    • To add a member, complete a Add-on Member Profile form with appropriate payment and fax to 407 937-1108. If you submit your form without the proper payment information we cannot add a member to your group.
    • To delete a member, the group manager can email or fax a request to delete a member to auditgroups@theiia.org. fax 407 937-1108.
    • To replace a member (add a member and delete another member at the same time) complete the Replace a Member form with payment information and fax to 407 937-1108.
  • How do I add a new group member in the middle of our membership term?
    • If it is necessary to add a member to your group who already has an individual membership with the IIA, we can change their membership status and add them to the group at any time using the Add a Member or Replace a member form. The group will incur the appropriate fee for the member slot, and there is no refund of any unused dues from the individual membership. This is the same if the individual is a new member to The IIA and to the group.
  • What is my group membership expiration date?
    • The group expiration date is provided in the Group Renewal packet on the Dues Calculation sheet and on the Group Roster. If you cannot locate the expiration date, please contact Auditgroups@theiia.org or call Customer Service at 407 937-1111.

    • The group membership will terminate 60 days after the expiration date. If the renewal has not been processed, all members of the group will terminate on that date and members will no longer have access to our website and other member’s discounts on IIA’s products and services.
