Esther R. Sawyer Research Award
This annual award from The IIA Research Foundation is granted to an individual entering or currently enrolled at the undergraduate or graduate or has completed the program in internal auditing at an Internal Auditing Education Partnership school, based on submission of an original manuscript on a specific topic related to modern internal auditing. The award includes:
Submissions are due March 1 of each year. The Award Committee selects the essay topic by September 1 of each year and notifies the partnership schools.

Michael J. Barrett Doctoral Dissertation Award
To encourage internal audit studies by doctoral candidates, The Institute of Internal Auditors Research Foundation supports an ongoing Doctoral Dissertation Grant Program. This program provides funds to selected doctoral candidates interested in the field of internal auditing. Click here for further information.
